On Thursday, Tron took to its Medium blog to share its long-term plans with the community. The text comes from the FAQ section on the Tron website and answers the question regarding Tron’s future and its plans.
Tron plans to make life easier for its users
As was announced by Tron when the platform only appeared and then migrated to its own mainnet from Ethereum in summer 2018, its major goal is to get the web decentralized. It also plans to work with developers and businesses to help the latter improve their work via blockchain.
Thus, among its current and future goals, Tron has named improving its ecosystem so it can easily be used by both consumers and developers and let them benefit from it.
The platform also wants to help users cut down their costs of using Tron dApps, make them more user-friendly and allow them to earn cash. This would be done via gambling dApps, games and content-sharing platforms, such as BLive (BitTorrent Live), which has been recently launched in beta, and other platforms of the similar type based on Tron.
Benefits for developers
When Tron publicly announced that it plans to overtake Ethereum on the number of users, amount of dApps, cash volume, etc, back in 2018, as well as EOS, Justin Sun set up a special fund to provide a stable cash flow for developers who would come over to Tron from other platforms which back then were having financial difficulties.
Now, Tron plans to provide devs with a chance to build their dApps on Tron and expand their business on those along with other opportunities.
