The Tron founder Justin Sun has tweeted his congratulations to the Tron community members in Muslim countries, wishing them a happy Eid Adha Mubarak.

Judging by the Twitter post, Sun offers 40,000 TRX to those BTT and TRX holders who register for the airdrop and send in their photos from their celebration of the holiday.

In order to take part, members of the community have to also sign up for Sun’s media channels and tag three other people in the comments.

About Eid Al Adha

This year, the holiday started on August 11 and will be over on Thursday this week. The literal translation of the name is ‘Festival of Sacrifice’. It goes back to the story of, as per the Muslim beliefs, prophet Ibrahim was going to follow Allah’s command and sacrifice his son on a hill.

However, Allah interfered when Ibrahim was about to cut his son’s throat and told him to kill a lamb instead.

Sun’s followers posting sarcastic comments

Comments in the thread are full of mistrust to the Tron’s founder, saying that people still have not realized what they are dealing with and are waiting for TRX and BTT prices to pump.

Some are posting sarcastic comments, pointing out that the monthly BTT airdrops are almost nothing since a tiny amount of BTT is being paid out.
