TQ Tezos has teamed up with Truffle, the company behind the most popular Ethereum development framework. As a result of this collaboration, Truffle’s dessert-inspired set of tools will also be available for Tezos developers.

Three more Blockchains

Tezos smart contract languages along with its protocols will now be supported by Truffle as part of its tooling expansion. It is worth noting that Tezos became the first non-EVM smart contract platform to be able to work with Truffle’s tools.

Truffle was launched by Joseph Lubin-owned ConsenSys back in 2015 to make the creation of dApps and smart contracts on the Ethereum network as comfortable as possible.

Apart from Tezos, Truffle also opened its doors for Hyperledger Fabric and R3’s Corda, the two competing private Blockchains.

Back in April, the ConsenSys subsidiary also inked a deal to integrate its ‘sweet’ development tools into Microsoft’s Azure.

Tezos price goes ballistic

In other news, the XTZ price has been recently on a tear. Over the past 24 hours, it surged by 5.20 percent, which was preceded by a 30 percent price rally fueled by a Coinbase Pro listing.

Overall, the coin’s price has spiked by 43 percent over the last seven days.
