Former Republican congressman and avid cryptocurrency proponent Ron Paul is set to be a keynote speaker during the forthcoming Litecoin Summit that will take place in Las Vegas on Oct. 28-29.

The “End the Fed” author has been bullish on Bitcoin for a long time. During his most recent interview on CNBC’s “Squawk Alley,” he opined that crypto and gold were similar given that both of these assets complete with the US dollar.

Other notable names that will take the stage during the summit include Litecoin founder Charlie Lee and Bitcoin bull Anthony Pompliano.
