Craig Wright is not giving billions of dollars worth of BTC to the Kleiman estate that easily. The nChain chief scientist has recently filed a motion for a time extension before challenging a damning court order. He claims that the hurricane that plagued Florida prevented him from working on the matter.

As reported to U.Today, according to a ruling announced by a Florida federal court, the estate of cryptocurrency developer Dave Kleiman has the right to half of the 1.1 mln BTC he mined together with the self-proclaimed Satoshi as well as Wright’s intellectual property.
