On August 30, Tron reminded to its followers that exactly a year ago, Tron Virtual Machine (TVM) officially launched.

Now, the Tron Foundation plans to celebrate the event and offers the community to take part in a chance to win 10,000.

Details of participation and a chance to get a bag of TRX

The Tron Virtual Machine was one of the major milestones achieved after the migration of Tron to its mainnet from Ethereum and its launch was highly anticipated by the community and the foundation itself.

So, now, one year since the date of its official release is an excellent reason to celebrate not only the anniversary itself but Tron’s overall expansion in the crypto industry.

In order to take part in the draw of the prizes, community members need to follow several simple terms. Ten lucky people will be chosen for receiving a prize of 1,000 TRX each.

Other recent milestones of Tron and BitTorrent

Recently, Tron has quickly become a leading platform regarding dapps and TPS. It has also been collaborating with other platforms allowing them to launch their coins on the Tron blockchain.

Among the biggest partners of Tron here is Tether Ltd, which recently released its TRX-based USDT stablecoin.

As for the Tron-owned BitTorrent, the other day, the platform announced an upcoming release of its BLive (BitTorrent Live) app for live streamers. It will allow users to tip the best content makers with BTT on it regardless of the part of the world they are in.

This is expected to make BTT one of the major players in the industry of transnational payments and bring the total decentralization of the web one step closer.
